An area teacher accused of having sex with a student will return to court today.
State police say Williamsburg High School teacher Nikki Varney and a 15 year old victim confessed to having sex twice, once at Canoe Creek State Park in Blair County and once at Varney’s home.
She’s facing four felony charges including statutory sexual assault and unlawful contact with a minor.
Her preliminary conference is set to begin at 1:30 this afternoon.
