A man accused of selling the drugs that led to a fatal overdose will be in court today.

Police say Franklin Holliday sold heroin laced with fentanyl to Jason Enos back in April.

Enos allegedly died at his home in Confluence after taking those drugs.

Police say they think Holliday knew the drugs contained a fatal amount of fentanyl, but still sold them because he needed the money.

His preliminary hearing is set to begin at 10 a.m.
