BIRMINGHAM, HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — State Police in Huntingdon are investigating theft, fraud, and forgery that took place late last month.        

Officer say somebody gained access to the victim’s personal information and opened up three cell phone accounts. The thief also opened up a Target account and made several purchases.
