Sunday, July 16, the state police fire marshal investigated reports of heavy smoke coming from the home of Robert Harvey on Badeau Road in Fox Township.

This is not the first time neighbors have reported medical issues from the smoke traveling to surrounding homes.

Harvey was cited for dangerous burning.
