Libraries in need of improvements have the chance to get funding from the state.
Keystone grants are available for handicap access upgrades, window and door replacements and energy efficiency projects.
Libraries that apply must partner with a sponsoring municipality, with grants matched dollar-for-dollar.
The applications are being accepted through April 26.
