The State College community is under a snow emergency.

Crews will continue to remove snow from on-street parking spaces in the Borough. The “No Parking: 2 to 6 a.m.” and the “No Parking: Snow Removal Zones” restrictions will be strictly enforced on all streets. During the snow emergency, NO on-street parking permissions will be granted. Residents are asked to move their cars off of the streets so that crews can clear the snow from the roads.

Community members can park their cars for FREE in the downtown parking facilities until 8 a.m. on February 21. More information about parking downtown can be found here.

Vehicles that violate these parking restrictions and all other non-PA Vehicle Code Violations could be ticketed and towed.

Residents are reminded to clear all sidewalks of snow and ice within 24 hours after the storm ends.
