State College is calling all photographers to enter their community photo contest!
The Borough is looking for photos that celebrate State College’s mission to enhance the quality of life by fostering a safe, diverse, vibrant, and sustainable community. They are looking for photos in the following areas: “Safe,” “Vibrant,” “Diverse,” and “Sustainable.”
Professional or amateur photographers can easily enter the contest by:

2. Register or Sign in to Engage State College
3. Add your photo
Five winners will be chosen and featured in the various sections of the 2018 Annual Report. The overall winner will be featured on the cover of the report and win a $50 Downtown State College Gift Card.
All photos must be submitted to the site by Sunday, March 3.
