STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — It is officially graduation weekend at Penn State and there are some parking changes in the borough.
As of noon Friday, you can park overnight on the street without getting a ticket, through the entire weekend.
Parking is restricted for the Highlands development. Overnight on-street parking will not be allowed there unless you have a registered guest pass.
Guest passes are $10 for every 24-hours. The borough reminds everyone that no lawn parking is allowed, and you will still have to pay street meter fees.
