State College is no longer under a snow emergency.

Crews will continue to remove snow from on-street parking spaces in the borough. The “No Parking: 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.” and the “No Parking: Snow Removal Zones” restrictions will be strictly enforced on all State College streets. During this time NO on-street parking permissions will be granted.

Vehicles in violation of the parking restrictions will be subject to ticketing and towing.

Residents are reminded to clear all sidewalks of snow and ice within 24 after the storm has ended. Enforcement will begin at 8 a.m. on February 22.
