The State College Halloween Parade is this Sunday, October 28 at 7 p.m.
The parade forms on the 100 block of South Burrowes Street at 6:30 p.m. and travels the following route:
North on South Burrowes Street to West College Avenue
East on West College Avenue to South Allen Street
South on South Allen Street to Foster Avenue
West on West Foster Avenue to Memorial Field
The following streets will be closed for about an hour starting at 6:45 p.m.
College Avenue from Pugh Street to Burrowes Street
South Allen Street from College Avenue to Foster Avenue
Foster Avenue from South Allen Street to Memorial Field
Drivers traveling West on East College Avenue will be directed south on to South Pugh Street and may experience delays due to the parade.
