The speed limit has changed on North Atherton Street in State College beginning today.
PennDOT says the speed limit is being reduced from 35 to 25 miles-per-hour from the Aaron Drive intersection to the Mitchell Avenue intersection.
It comes as a result of the construction projects currently underway.
PennDOT says the speed limit will remain at 25 miles-per-hour for this section of North Atherton until the project is complete in October 2019.
