A new, historic-feeling bar is opening in Richland Township.
Construction on the Tap 814 Speakeasy is still underway. The building is located at 800 Scalp Avenue in Richland Township, Cambria County.
The new speakeasy-inspired establishment is run by the owners of Asiago’s Tuscan Italian restaurant at the top of the Johnstown Inclined Plane.
They hope to open Tap 814 by the end of the year.
