It’s an unusual looking sundae called “spaghetti-eis.“ 

The German dish is made of vanilla ice cream pushed through a potato ricer, which makes it look like spaghetti.

The sundae is usually topped with strawberry sauce and white chocolate to complete the look of the sauce and cheese.

And believe it or not, it’s the best selling sundae in most German ice cream parlors, where they serve as many as 25 million portions every year.
