A Somerset man was arrested on DUI charges.
Police responded to the Sheetz on South Rosina Avenue after Sheetz employees reported three suspicious people sitting in a car in their parking lot for about half an hour.
Chad Baer, 21, was the driver of the car with two male juvenile passengers. Baer said they were waiting for a friend, who the police knew as being involved in drug activity.
Baer failed numerous sobriety tests, and was arrested for driving under the influence. Charges are pending.
