Elk County Humane Society located in St. Marys is now offering low-cost spay and neuter clinics for cats.
The humane society’s new surgical suite is up and running.
The first clinic will be March 3, scheduled just ahead of the start of kitten season.
To qualify, the pet owner must bring proof of residency in Elk County.
Vouchers can be purchased beginning Monday, February 18.
The cost is $55 for female cats and $35 for males.
Vouchers must be purchased in advance.
