Wednesday, students all across the country plan to walk out of class in response to the one month anniversary of the deadly Parkland Florida school shooting

Different schools across our region have different rules for that event..

Some have decided to allow the walkouts,  while others are hosting memorial services and special programs instead.

School officials encourage parents to talk with their kids before they head to school to make sure they are following the rules for those events.
