The West Branch Area School District has confirmed a second case of whooping cough within the district.
The first case of pertussis was announced last week. The first student was said to have been vaccinated on their vaccines.
A warning was sent out to parents Wednesday reminding them that this is a highly contagious disease.
Sick students should stay home and be seen by a doctor.
