State Police arrested a 40-year-old Saxton man after a violent incident that played out over the course of two days in October.
They say the events occurred between October 26th and October 28th.
During that time, investigators say then man choked a woman inside the Carbon Township home. Police say the man also held the woman against her will and wouldn’t let her leave for two days.
State police located the man some time after the woman was released, and arrested him.
The suspect is charged with strangulation and simple assault.
