Rutters is almost set to open its newest convenience store in our area.

The shop, located on 6th Avenue in Altoona, will officially open Wednesday, March 6th.

Crews worked on Thursday to put the finishing touches on the property, including the new sign.

This is the third Rutters location in Blair County.
