RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Richland Township Police are looking to identify this individual who they believe is involved in a recent theft.
According to police, on April 17, 2019 around 3:42 p.m., the person in the photos was involved in a theft and fraud incident at Best Buy in Richland Township.
