RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Richland Township Police Department needs your help to identify a person involved in a retail theft.
According to police, on May 28 at approximately 12:30 p.m., the person in the photo left a Walmart without paying for his items.
