RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Richland Township Police Department is attempting to Identify the individuals pictured above, regarding a retail theft incident. 

At approximately 6:30 p.m. — 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, the suspects pictured were involved in a retail theft incident at Giant Eagle, in Richland Township.
