One Centre County retirement community broke ground on a multi-million dollar expansion project today.
The expansion will bring 48 new apartments to Windy Hill Village in Philipsburg.
Presbyterian Senior Living C-E-O Steve Proctor said a lot of people are counting on this project.
“We have about a hundred people on the waiting list for this project, and we expect more to come to us and this will be a great place for them to live,” Proctor said.
The ground breaking included a short ceremony with several guests from the Central Pennsylvania business community.
