Blue Knob All Seasons Resort in Claysburg, Blair County is no longer family owned.
The Property has been run by the Richard Gauthier Family since 1983, and was sold to Sustainable Hospitality and Development, LP, an investment group made up of professional and avid skiers.
The group says it plans to enhance the ski experience while expanding the resort into a full four-season operation.
