HOLLIDAYSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The American Red Cross is aiming to save lives and help prevent devastating fires in local communities. The organization is installing more than 2800 free smoke alarms to those in need across the state.

Workers and volunteers will be in Hollidaysburg this Saturday, April 27,  from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. If you would like to help, volunteers should meet at the Church of the Brethren on Penn Street.
