Houtzdale Borough Council in Clearfield County wants feedback on whether it should join a regional police force.
The council is holding a public meeting this Sunday, February 24.
Residents of the borough and surrounding area are invited to attend.
Bigler township is forming the regional police force— which will be operational in the coming months.
Ramey Borough Council voted to join last year.
The meeting starts at 2 p.m. in the Houtzdale fire hall.
Each person wishing to speak will be given three minutes.
