A Penn State fraternity is headed for court today after allegedly providing alcohol to minors.
State College police say two girls were hospitalized after attending a party at Alpha Chi Rho.
Their blood alcohol content levels were allegedly nearly three times the legal limit.
That fraternity had already been suspended over separate hazing incidents back in July.
The preliminary hearing for those misdemeanor charges is set to begin later today.
