The power is back on for Clearfield County residents who spent most of their Christmas without electricity.
About 40 homes along Shiloh and Dale Roads in Bradford Township lost power around 8:30 Monday morning when a PennDot plow became hooked on several utility lines and cables.
The driver of the plow reportedly kept driving until many of those cables broke, and the plow was pulled onto its side.
Crews from Verizon, Penelec and PennDot worked all day to get these utilities fixed, and had power restored by about 7:30 last night.
An investigation into that crash is on going.
