Police in Elk County arrested a woman they say stole from Walmart by swapping out price tags on items.
Investigators said it happened at the Walmart on Million Dollar Highway in Fox Township.
Police said the suspect went to the store in St. Marys on four different occasions between November 1 and November 15 and transferred clothing tags from one item to another. Then, police said the 29-year-old suspect checked out the items with the wrong price tags on them.
The suspect is facing retail theft and shoplifting charges.
