Police remain on scene of an hours-long police situation in Clearfield County that caused some issues for the Philipsburg-Osceola School District Wednesday.
The incident caused police to close Clearfield Street and other streets in the area, in Wallaceton Borough.
Police originally went to the scene to serve a man with warrants, when he barricaded himself in his home.
Neighbors said police were using a loud speaker to get in contact with the man inside of the home.
