Police were led on a car chase early Thursday morning.
The suspect is still on the run as of Thursday afternoon, but police say the suspect is not a threat to the public.
Officials say the suspect fled after leading police on a chase down Maple Avenue in Dubois.
The chase happened around 1: 30 a.m. Thursday morning, and it took police from Rockton to Luthersburg.
Officials believe the suspect struck a deer during that chase, and then crashed their car some time later.
The investigation is ongoing.
