Penn State Police need your help identifying a man, suspected of stealing a woman’s purse.
She can be seen there in the background of the surveillance footage. The suspect is accused of using her credit cards to purchase over $4,000 worth of items at Best Buy and Walmart in State College and Mill Hall.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
