A Bedford County woman was cited after police say her dogs killed a neighboring dog.
Police say Jody Zelanko, of Hopewell, failed to keep her dogs on her property. She was cited for multiple dog law violations after police say her two pit bulls “brutally killed a chained up beagle,” at a home along Yellow Creek Drive, in Hopewell Township.
The incident happened on August 25th.
