Police said a Bedford County man is accused of driving recklessly in Hyndman Borough.
Officers told us on Thursday night Andrew Smith allegedly drove his car up onto a sidewalk on Water Street. That’s when officials said he almost struck an 18 and 2-year-old little girl. We’re told Smith then continued to drive erratically.
He’s now facing charges.
