State Police are investigating a theft by deception in White Township.
Police are trying to identify the suspect who passed 11 counterfeit $20 bills at a Walmart in White Township on November 18 at approximately 2:30 p.m.
He is described as a black man, approximately 18-26 years old. He was wearing a dark blue Nike shirt and a dark blue ballcap.
