RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Have you seen this woman? Richland Township Police are trying to identify her in a recent theft investigation.
The pictured suspect stole from Walmart in Richland Township on April 20 around 10:30 p.m.
