A 23-year-old woman is dead after a car crash in Bedford County.
Police told us Brianna Shaffer pulled out in front of a truck on State Route 96 near Hyndman just after 8:30 p.m. Friday night.
Shaffer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for treatment.
State police are investigating the crash.
