Police are no longer investigating a crash in Cambria County as a hit-and-run.
The crash happened just after midnight Sunday on the 100 block of North Church Street in Carrolltown.
Police said the driver of the vehicle they thought feld the scene returned later and exchanged information with the person who owned the car they hit.
