State Police in Rockview are investigating a crash and physical harassment incident that happened Monday.

Ronald Josefik, 35, was arrested after “brake checking” in front of a vehicle on Route 350 in Philipsburg in Centre County. Josefik was subsequently rear-ended.

Josefik and the other driver got out of their cars, and Josefik struck the other driver in the leg with a large aluminum tire pressure gauge.

The two men were separated until Troopers arrived at the scene.
