Members of the police in Central Norway recently decided to use their shields for play instead of work.
They made the most of wintry conditions by using their riot shields as sleds and hurling themselves down an icy snow-covered road.
The police department released the pictures of the team’s extra-curricular seasonal activities on their Facebook page.
The public has certainly enjoyed seeing cops just having fun with their team out in the snow.
