State Police in DuBois are investigating a recent theft.
On November 27, the 64-year-old victim reported four rifles stolen, as well as approximately $1,500 taken from his house. All rifles were described as having brown wood stocks. Approximately $19.50 in several silver pieces were stolen from U.S. mint proof sets ranging from 1969 to 1994.
Anyone with information on this theft is asked to call State Police in DuBois at 814-371-4652.
The investigation is ongoing.
