According to our news partners at the Tribune-Democrat, Saint Francis University could not finalize the plan to use the Conrad Building in Johnstown. 

Saint Francis was the latest of several schools that were in talks to put an education center into the building. 

The Johnstown Business District Development Corporation has not said what this means for the Conrad plans.
