A commercial plane with more than 30 passengers on board had to make an emergency landing after it lost an engine in-flight.
It landed safely at the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport.
Officials say it was a “Porter Airline Turbo Prop.”
“Porter Air” is based in Toronto.
The plane was traveling from Newark, New Jersey to Toronto, Canada when it encountered the problem.
Despite the chaos, those on-board calmly exited the aircraft.
“They seemed to be fine. They were happy that they weren’t any issues. They landed safely. And the airline and the airport are taking good care of them,” Airport Executive Director Carl Beardsley, Jr. said.
