A Pittsburgh Penguins fan from Lancaster County is calling on hockey fans to help save her life.

Back in 2015, Kelly Sowatsky was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, leading to a sepsis infection, later giving her more issues, causing both of her kidneys to stop functioning last year.

Now she needs a transplant to survive, and that’s why she brought a neon sign asking for a donor to Saturday’s Penguins game.

An image of her with the sign has since gone viral, but she still hasn’t found a matching kidney donor.

If you’re interested in donating to Kelly, to become a donor or see if you are a match, you can contact Kelly at: 717-456-0766.
