Monday, The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced repair work will begin on Tuesday, for a drainage pipe along Rout 36 in Blair County.
Crews will close the northbound lane, heading towards Lakemont from Hollidaysburg, while work is in progress. The work is expected to take around three weeks to complete, weather depending. Drivers should use caution and schedule more travel time in case of delays.
The project was included as a part of the Duncansville Safety Improvement Project. All work on the $1.5 million contract is expected to be completed by February of 2019.
