A Cambria County judge dismissed a petition to remove Greater Johnstown School Board President Cynthia Ahlborn.
Residents and parents filed the petition in October after Ahlborn wrote a controversial social media post on Facebook about suicide.
The plaintiffs said Ahlborn violated the state’s school code by not meeting the mental and emotional needs of students.
The judge ruled that there are no legal grounds to remove Ahlborn.
