ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Drivers in Altoona should expect delays as PennDOT begins work on a major road in the area.

Crews will be working on Plank Road, from the Weis Market in Park Hills Plaza to the area near Jiffy Lube on the other side of the street.

No word yet on how long the project is expected to take or how traffic patterns will change.
