PennDOT is notifying drivers that it has closed a Route 2020 (Presqueisle Street) bridge in Clearfield County.
The bridge spans Moshannon Creek in Chester Hill near the county line.
Repairs were made in 2018 and the bridge was scheduled to close for more work, but after a recent inspection, the bridge was closed early.
It will remain closed until all the repairs can be made. It’s expected to re-open this summer.
The detour for the bridge will direct drivers to use McGuirk Street, Walton Street, and Water Street.
