Penn State University Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Sunday, March 24 at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the student parking lot behind Porter Hall and Beaver Hall on campus.
A verbal altercation between two groups of three men was reported to have taken place.
An unknown man shattered the rear window shield of a black vehicle by jumping on the truck and the window.
The man fled the scene with two other men.
He was wearing a white colored shirt and jeans.
