Penn State plans to bring more changes to the Greek life community in response to the death of student Timothy Piazza back in February.
Piazza died after falling down a flight of stairs at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house on the Penn State Campus.
No one called for help for twelve hours after Piazza fell.
Administrators and the board of trustees will meet on June 2nd to discuss further changes.
It’s too early talk specifics, but Penn State has already canceled pledging for fraternities and sororities for the fall 2017 semester.
The university has also prohibited any day long events.
Penn State already implemented new guidelines earlier this year, but say more significant changes are on the way.
